This
family-style worship experience, approximately 1-1/4 hours in length, incorporates
the contemporary language service (Rite II) from the Episcopal Book of Common
Prayer in a beautiful, friendly and inclusive way. It follows the same
identical outline as the early service, with the addition of music
.
The variety of music experiences at Saint John's can enliven
and enhance one's worship experience, whether it is our skilled music director
at the pipe organ, our vocal choir or hand bell choir, congregational singing
from the beautiful Episcopal hymnal, or the contemporary music at our monthly
"folk" style services (including a number of selections composed at Saint
John's). |
